With a diverse background in corporate sales across various industries—including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, real estate, and recruitment—Caroline excels in building strong relationships and fostering communication to drive success.
Before joining Client Connect, Caroline dedicated 15 years to the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, where she developed effective sales strategies and cultivated lasting partnerships. Her expertise in problem-solving and strategic initiatives has consistently led to sales growth and market expansion. Now, Caroline focuses on expanding Client Connect's presence in New Zealand and Australia, passionately connecting with new partners to explore collaborative opportunities.
Beyond her professional achievements, Caroline is a proud mother to a daughter who is about to finish high school, marking an exciting new chapter in their lives. She appreciates the flexibility of remote work, which allows her to maintain connections with family and friends around the world while enjoying the freedom to travel.

Whanau holds a paramount place in Sandra’s heart, with her twin grandsons being an absolute source of joy, along with the cherished company of her son, daughter-in-law, and her extended family and friends.
During her leisure hours, time is spent cultivating a rural oasis with native plants, trees, and gardens that draw in a vibrant array of birdlife. After long days spent tending to the outdoors, it’s a pleasure for her to unwind with a glass of wine overlooking the gardens, and enjoying the lively antics of her feathered visitors.
Sandra’s partner is an accomplished sailor, and their sailing catamaran becomes a vessel of escape to the enchanting Kawau Bay and beyond, allowing them to explore diverse horizons as frequently as possible. As travel returns, they have been able to extend his business trips into holidays, venturing to new destinations that promise fresh cultural experiences—something they relish sharing.

Her diverse experience and knowledge across a variety of industries enables her to provide our clients with tactical solutions to increase lead generation and sales. Sarah's commitment is unwavering in ensuring Client Connect consistently delivers a professional service and achieves results for our clients.
Sarah's journey with Client Connect began as a Client Relationship Specialist, a role she pursued with the intention of working part-time from home. This arrangement allowed her to use her skills in the corporate arena while being available for her family outside of school hours.
During her free moments, Sarah enjoys quality time with her husband and two teenage sons, and sharing a few laughs with her circle of friends. A lifelong animal lover, she shares her home with as many pets as her husband agrees to! Sarah enjoys watching TV shows and movies, and has an extensive collection of board games. Engaging in crafting, particularly jewellery making and crochet, and DIY projects around her home means Sarah is never bored, and any spare time she finds is spent in her garden.
