Work your choice of between 10-30 hours per week, within standard business hours, as part of a fun team that enjoys work/life balance.
This position is on a contract basis, and many of our contractors build long-lasting careers with us.
Our focus is primarily on business-to-business communication, with no residential cold calling, evening or weekend calling.
We have conversations, we don’t read from a script.
This role offers growth potential for the right candidate who demonstrates dedication and excellence.

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to qualify prospects, generate leads and make bookings and appointments, completing your allocated hours each week.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up using a managed call cycle.
Accurately document all interactions and maintain correct records in our CRM system or Excel.
Meet and exceed lead generation and calling targets.

Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Excel, SharePoint and other relevant tools. Full training on our CRM will be provided, with ongoing support.
Motivation to meet agreed targets and KPIs.
You strive to provide top quality customer service and an exceptional customer experience.
You have the discipline required to work remotely while completing allocated hours and meeting agreed calling targets.
You have a quiet, interruption-free workspace, a computer with reliable internet connection and unlimited calling to landline & mobile phones in New Zealand and Australia.
