About the Role:

  • Work your choice of between 10-30 hours per week, within standard business hours, as part of a fun team that enjoys work/life balance.

  • This position is on a contract basis, and many of our contractors build long-lasting careers with us.

  • Our focus is primarily on business-to-business communication, with no residential cold calling, evening or weekend calling.

  • We have conversations, we don’t read from a script.

  • This role offers growth potential for the right candidate who demonstrates dedication and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to qualify prospects, generate leads and make bookings and appointments, completing your allocated hours each week.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up using a managed call cycle.

  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain correct records in our CRM system or Excel.

  • Meet and exceed lead generation and calling targets.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or B2B sales. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Excel, SharePoint and other relevant tools. Full training on our CRM will be provided, with ongoing support.  

  • Motivation to meet agreed targets and KPIs.  

  • You strive to provide top quality customer service and an exceptional customer experience.   

  • You have the discipline required to work remotely while completing allocated hours and meeting agreed calling targets.  

  • You have a quiet, interruption-free workspace, a computer with reliable internet connection and unlimited calling to landline & mobile phones in New Zealand and Australia.
